ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS - PINERY A-FRAME HOUSE

PAYMENT AND DOCUMENTS

⦿ Before your arrival, the remaining balance for your stay must be paid, and a photo of the identification document (passport or ID card, both sides) for all guests must be sent to pinery@escapetoblidinje.com or via Whatsapp/Viber +387 63 633 662. The host will retain guests’ identification documents only for the time required to complete the registration of stay.

⦿ After payment and document submission, you will receive a digital PIN for house entry.

LOCATION

⦿ To reach us, turn off the main road onto the main street towards the “Ski Center”. At “Alpina” Restaurant, turn left uphill and drive to the top, then left to the end, and turn left downhill. After 100m, you will arrive at the house, which is on the right side.

⦿ You can park anywhere in front of the house; parking in the passage under the house is not permitted.

INSTRUCTIONS

⦿ The key to the house and the garden shed is located under the air conditioner in the kitchen. In the garden shed, you will find a grill and barbecue utensils. You are welcome to take the hanging swing (HAMMOCK), table, and chairs and relax comfortably on the lawn or the terrace. Please make sure to return everything neatly to its original place after use.

⦿ SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN THE HOUSE!

⦿ Always tie the curtains to the side hook and protect them from the dirty and wet floor at the entrance.

⦿ The LED lighting on the terrace and the lawn lights automatically turn on at sunset and turn off in the morning.

⦿ The underfloor heating thermostat and the water heater must not be turned off. Please leave them on even after your departure.

⦿ Guests are obliged to leave everything in the same condition as they found it on the day of arrival, tidy and undamaged. All trash must be disposed of in the large outdoor bin.

⦿ On the day of departure, leave the keys inside the house on the table, then hold the lock button on the outdoor keypad for 3 seconds to lock the door.

JACUZZI USAGE RULES

⦿ Before each entry into the spa unit, showering is MANDATORY, and the use of any kind of shampoos, oils, and similar products that can disturb the water’s pH value is FORBIDDEN. Jumping is forbidden, as is the use of glass containers that can cause injuries. It is forbidden to relieve oneself in the jacuzzi, and for children who cannot control their bladder/bowels, the use of swim diapers is mandatory! Jacuzzi usage instructions are located on the small table. Note for the jacuzzi: the flame icon must remain lit for heating; if it’s off, be sure to turn it on before leaving.

⦿ For additional privacy, a roll-up awning is available on the terrace. Note: when retracting the fabric, a second person is needed to straighten the fabric along the bar to avoid damage.
