ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS - PINELLE A-FRAME HOUSE

PAYMENT AND DOCUMENTS

⦿ Before arriving at the accommodation, the remaining balance for your stay must be paid. Please send a photo of the identification document (passport or ID card, both sides) for all guests to pinelle@escapetoblidinje.com or via Whatsapp/Viber +387 63 633 662. The host will retain guests’ identification documents only for the period required to complete the registration of stay.

⦿ After payment and sending the documents, you will receive a digital PIN for entry into the cabin.

LOCATION

⦿ To reach us, turn off the main road onto the main street towards the “Ski Center”. At “Alpina” Restaurant, turn left uphill and drive to the top. Then, turn left to the end and left again downhill. After 100m, you will reach the Pinery house on your right. Turn right at the Pinelle sign, and you will arrive at the cabin.

HOUSE RULES

⦿ SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN THE CABIN!

⦿ The use of a hot plate inside the house is not permitted; it is intended for use outdoors next to the barbecue.

⦿ The outdoor LED lights are turned on outside, on the left side of the cabin, using two buttons.

⦿ For a more comfortable and tidier experience in our cabin, especially during winter, we recommend taking off your shoes.

⦿ The hammock and the chair cushions are located in the garden storage box behind the cabin.

⦿ Luggage storage space is located under the bed and under the pull-out sofa. The bed has a lifting strap in the middle at the front. It is strictly forbidden to leave luggage on the sofa.

⦿ The thermostats for the underfloor heating and the water heater must not be turned off. Leave them on even after departure.

⦿ The accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the last day of the stay.

⦿ Guests are obliged to leave everything in the same condition as they found it on the day of arrival, tidy and undamaged. All trash must be disposed of in the large outdoor bin.

⦿ On the day of departure, leave the key inside the house on the small table, then hold the lock button on the outdoor keypad for 3 seconds to lock the door.

JACUZZI USAGE RULES

⦿ Before each entry into the spa unit, showering is MANDATORY, and the use of any kind of shampoos, oils, and similar products that can disturb the water’s pH value is FORBIDDEN. Jumping is forbidden, as is the use of glass containers which can cause injuries. It is forbidden to relieve oneself in the jacuzzi, and for children who cannot control their bladder/bowels, the use of swim diapers is mandatory!

⦿ Instructions for using the jacuzzi are on the small table. Note: the top first left icon for jacuzzi heating must remain on before departure.

⦿ The motor next to the jacuzzi display, outdoor furniture, and barbecue must be covered with a black protective cover upon departure, and everything must be returned to its place.
